Rate Plan Information

IMPORTANT RATE PLAN INFORMATION

Subscription Plans

* Unlimited National-Annual. This plan is $29.99 per month. It includes unlimited Wi-Fi access to the T-Mobile HotSpot Network nationwide. A minimum 12-month service agreement is required. An early termination fee of up to $200 per subscription applies. At some roaming locations an additional fee is required. This plan can be used with Wi-Fi enabled devices including laptop computers, phones, and select consumer electronic devices. Multiple devices cannot be used simultaneously. You may terminate service without paying any applicable early termination fee if within the first 30 days after plan commencement, you cancel service subject to the conditions in section 16 of the HotSpot Terms and Conditions. Even if you cancel service, you must pay all service and usage charges incurred prior to cancellation. Subscribers who terminate before the end of their billing cycle will be charged for the entire month without proration. Applicable taxes, assessments, roaming, and other fees and charges are additional.

* Unlimited National - Month-to-Month. This plan is $39.99 per month. It includes unlimited Wi-Fi access to the T-Mobile HotSpot Network nationwide. The term is month-to-month and is automatically renewed unless cancelled. At some roaming locations an additional fee is required. This plan can be used with Wi-Fi enabled devices including laptop computers, phones, and select consumer electronic devices. Multiple devices cannot be used simultaneously. You may terminate service at any time without paying any early termination fee. Even if you cancel service, you must pay all service and usage charges incurred prior to cancellation. Subscribers who terminate before the end of their billing cycle will be charged for the entire month without proration. Applicable taxes, assessments, roaming, and other fees and charges are additional.

* Portable Electronics – Month-to-Month. This plan is $4.99 per month. It includes unlimited access for select portable electronics devices to the T-Mobile HotSpot Network nationwide. The term is month-to-month and is automatically renewed unless cancelled. Roaming is not available with this plan. This plan supports a single Wi-Fi enabled portable electronics device that you select from a pre-approved list of devices. You may change the device selected at any time. Multiple devices cannot be used simultaneously. You may terminate service at any time without paying any early termination fee. Even if you cancel service, you must pay all service and usage charges incurred prior to cancellation. Subscribers who terminate before the end of their billing cycle will be charged for the entire month without proration. Applicable taxes, assessments, and other fees and charges are additional.

Transactional Plans:

* DayPass Plan. This plan is $7.99 charge for 24 hours of unlimited access. DayPass expires 24 hours from first log-in or 120 days from purchase if not used. Get connected on the T-Mobile HotSpot Network in the U.S. Amounts paid for DayPass are non-refundable. Roaming is not available with this plan. Applicable taxes, assessments, and other fees and charges are additional.

* 1 Day Prepaid Card. This plan is $5.99 charge for 24 hours of access at all T-Mobile HotSpot locations. The account must be activated through the use of a PIN number which is received at the time card is purchased. Once activated, the DayPass expires 24 hours after initial login or 1 year from purchase date, whichever occurs first. The PIN number may be used multiple times within the 24 hour period. Amounts paid for DayPasses are non-refundable. Roaming is not available with this plan. Applicable taxes, assessments, and other fees and charges are additional.

* 7 Day Prepaid Card. You pay for this card in advance. The account must be activated through the use of a PIN number which is received at the time the card is purchased. Once activated, the 7-Day Prepaid Card expires 7 days from first login or 1 year from purchase date, whichever occurs first. The PIN number may be used multiple times within the 7 day period. Roaming is not available at any location that requires an additional fee. Applicable taxes, assessments, and other fees and charges are additional.

* Pay-As-You-Go Plan. For each login, the charge is $6.00 for the first 60 minutes, whether or not fully used; and $0.10 per minute thereafter. All usage after the first 60 minutes of each login session is rounded up to the next full minute. Service connection and billing starts at the time you log on to the service and does not end until you properly log off and the network terminates the connection (shortly after log off). If you (a) do not properly log off, (b) leave the coverage area during a session, or (c) lose your connection for any reason, then billing will not terminate until at least several minutes after you lose your connection, and you will be charged for this period of inactivity. Roaming is not available at any location that requires an additional fee. Applicable taxes, assessments, and other fees and charges are additional.

* General Section. Service is available on the T-Mobile HotSpot Network in the United States. See "Locations" for additional information. An 802.11b/g enabled device is required to access the service. You acknowledge that the service is not inherently secure and that wireless communications can be intercepted by equipment and software designed for that purpose. Notwithstanding efforts to enhance security with respect to the service, we cannot guarantee the effectiveness of these efforts and will not be liable to you or any other party for any lack of security that may result from your use of the service or your device. You acknowledge that you are responsible for taking such precautions and providing such security measures best suited for your situation and intended use of the service. Please consult the T-Mobile HotSpot Security Statement posted on our website for additional information concerning the security of the service and steps you can take to enhance the security of the service. If you are roaming, T-Mobile cannot guarantee the quality of the service, the security of such network, the privacy of your data or the ability of your device to work on such network. This rate plan information, as well as our rates, charges, locations, terms and conditions, and business practices are subject to change or revocation at any time without notice.
